The Marine Systems and Piping Engineer bridges the gap between marine engineering and hands-on production. They design, route, and optimize onboard piping systems, while supporting the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of fluid systems across new-build and repair projects. Key Responsibilities • Marine Systems & Piping Design Perform basic and detailed design for assigned systems or areas of the vessel including calculations, diagrams, drawings, design change notices, and equipment selection. Manage Vendor scopes for multiple OEMs and service providers to ensure proper interface and completeness of the design, as assigned. Participate in based and detailed design activities within the Design Engineering team, including review of design documents from other shipyard engineers, vendors, and external design partners.
