Provide control system engineering support for facility systems serving a Central Plant and Semiconductor Fab. Position may require availability to provide regional support to two Austin, Texas locations. Primary responsibilities: Analyze and design of control systems associated with Central Plant mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water systems, Compressors, waste treatment, and pumps. Verification, implementation, and repair of programming code associated with control systems Plan and preparation of designs, specifications, and estimates for projects. Support Manufacturing, EHS, and Central Plant Operations. Support control system start-up, system optimization, and shut down functions. Development of Instrument and Controls Diagrams Perform PLC programming Develop Facility Monitoring Control System operator interface screens Support system start-up and system optimization.
