Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations : Perform studies, design, engineering activities related to projects. Design, analysis operation, and support maintenance of chemical, process gas, water, Ultra-pure water, water recycle, and waste collection systems. Design of process piping systems for transmission of Ultra-pure water, specialty gasses and chemicals. Provide innovative solutions to problems. Support Manufacturing, ESIH, Central Plant Operations and Maintenance personnel. Plan and prepare designs, specifications and estimates for projects compliant to local, state and federal regulations and codes. Evaluate bids, submittals, and contractor/manufacturer-furnished information. Evaluate facilities through studies for replacements or additions/expansions based on adequacy, capacity, convenience, reliability and safety of operations. Recommend appropriate actions which are cost effective and capable of future expansion. Perform failure mode and effect analyses (FMEA)...
