Department Mission Statement: To support the manufacturing of existing Hendrickson suspension components and the development of new Hendrickson suspension components while keeping Hendrickson a profitable company. We will do this by safely keeping our processes capable from a Quality standpoint, reducing and eliminating costly scrap and rework and by simultaneously developing the manufacturing processes and tools needed to go with product development. We will focus on creating processes that are capable, sustainable, and within takt time.
