Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of process improvements and manufacturing equipment upgrades 2. Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction 3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles 4. Create and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 5.
