The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing operations with a focus on productivity, capacity, labor utilization, material flow, and cost. This position develops labor standards, performs time studies, evaluates production systems, and identifies opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste. The Industrial Engineer works cross functionally with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Safety to implement process improvements and support efficient, scalable manufacturing operations throughout the organization. They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned projects to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
