Overview We are seeking a talented Product Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of interior automotive components, with a strong focus on instrument panels, consoles or door systems. The ideal candidate will lead engineering activities from concept through production while managing ongoing engineering changes and ensuring product quality, performance, and manufacturability. Key Responsibilities Product Development and Engineering Lead the design and development of instrument panels, door panels, consoles, and related interior components. Support both built-to-print and full-service development programs from concept through SOP when required. Program and Change Management Manage engineering changes for released products and ensure updates are implemented efficiently in production.
