Reliability Engineer General Description The Reliability Engineer supports equipment and process reliability initiatives at Artiflex Manufacturing. This position works closely with maintenance technicians, production, and the engineering team to ensure optimal equipment performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. The Reliability Engineer also assists with planning and executing new equipment installations and process improvement projects. This role reports to the Engineering Manager.
