Job Description Job Description: Under the direction of the Section Manager, Design and Construction, the Mechanical Engineer Project Manager is responsible for managing architectural and engineering professional services contracts and construction contracts. Responsibilities include: Writing mechanical portions of project scopes for solicitation of architectural and engineering professional services. Oversight review and negotiation of mechanical portions of professional services fee proposals; design review of project documentation and contractual responsibilities during pre-design, design, construction, and warranty periods; performing quality assurance/quality control reviews for architectural and engineering design submittals related to mechanical systems.
