Job Description: We are seeking an Engineering Manager with strong experience in manufacturing, process improvement, and technical leadership. This is a hands-on role responsible for driving new technologies, launching new layouts and processes, implementing new equipment, and supporting the operational efficiency of the plant. The Engineering Manager will lead engineering projects, evaluate new machinery, guide improvement initiatives, and manage engineering personnel (including the Time-Study Engineer).
