Job Purpose: Robot engineer: New robot and replacement setup. Standard Operating Procedures & Documentation for preventive management Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): 11) Robot Commissioning & Deployment (New Equipment Setup) Lead the installation, commissioning, and teaching of industrial and collaborative robots for new production lines. Develop and optimize robot programs (path programming, logic integration, and cycle time optimization) to meet production requirements. Perform system integration testing between robots and peripheral equipment, including PLCs, vision systems, and end-effectors. Conduct safety risk assessments and validate robot safety functions (e.g., safety zones, collision detection) prior to production handover.
