Job Description The Civil Engineer is responsible for a variety of Civil Engineering projects focused on transportation, water, wastewater, and civil site in both rural and urban Alaska. Responsibilities Participate in marketing, writing proposals, winning work, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Initiate, plan, execute, and close small to large size civil infrastructure projects. Perform design tasks and/or lead a design team on various civil infrastructure projects, including roads, water, wastewater, stormwater, and site civil. Coordinate the work of a design team and outside consultants to develop Plans, Specifications and Estimate packages for multiple projects and a variety of clients. Establish and maintain client relationships; ensure client satisfaction; ensure client objectives are met Train and mentor young professionals This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
