Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate technical adeptness in the area of manufacturing processes, and a willingness to learn the existing manufacturing processes and equipment, and the associated operation and maintenance. Coordinate with project team and manage/lead the development of new processes/production lines to ensure a timely and efficient handover of new product and process launches to series production. Establish relationships with European colleagues in project teams and with counterparts in order to share knowledge and standardize processes. Work with industrial engineering to design process improvements for existing manufacturing processes Design, create prints and 3D models, quote, manage installation, and release to production new stations and fixtures for new products developed for existing assembly lines.
