Summary The Facilities Engineering & Automation Manager will serve as the on-site engineering and maintenance resource at NAPA distribution center facilities to support run-state operations. The role will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and repair of the facilities physical structure and systems, troubleshooting issues with automation equipment, planning and managing maintenance activities, driving continuous improvement activities, and managing projects related to facility upgrades. This role is crucial for the effective long-term operation of our supply chain facilities.
