Purpose: Continuously improve safety, productivity, and quality at the Caliper machining manufacturing site, develop new models, and establish standardized processes to promote the optimization of mass production. Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed) : Improvement of Production Productivity Solving major quality Issues in terms of engineering points Actively participate in 5S Improvement at Shop floor Complete assigned work in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. Standardization of line operation including documentation Promote continual improvement and cost saving opportunities. Maintain prompt and effective communication to assure MCA success.
