Summary : The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of equipment and machinery and developing and executing maintenance plans to minimize downtime and disruptions. The Maintenance Engineer will report to the Maintenance Head of Section and work closely with the production teams, management, and suppliers to achieve organizational goals. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Demonstrate technical adeptness in the area of manufacturing processes, and a willingness to learn the existing manufacturing processes and equipment, and the associated operation and maintenance. Coordinate with project team and manage/lead the development of new processes/production lines to ensure a timely and efficient handover of new product and process launches to series production. Establish relationships with European colleagues in project teams and with counterparts in order to share knowledge and standardize processes.
