Work includes selection and testing of formulations, raw materials, components (back plates, noise shims, wear indicators, etc.), or full brake pad assembly that will be suitable for the project. In addition; work may include responding to a customer request for a particular product or design. The typical cycle includes conceptualizing, developing prototypes, testing.
