Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Construction Fabrications: Fabrications of new component parts for prototype designs and test fixtures. Construction of fixtures required for testing components and completed units. Build representative mockups for testing of portions of completed units. Perform Tests/Record Data: Follow the guidelines of a particular test to be administered. Record the data precisely as it occurs. This requires a working knowledge of Load Cells, Transits, Measuring devices, etc. Expedite Required Components: Order from manufacturing the parts needed to assemble the test fixtures and components needed to build the test samples, from a set of drawings. Recommend test equipment necessary to perform the specified test procedure. Contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product.
