Job Description As a key member of the Samuel Automation's Engineering team, you design custom automated manufacturing systems to meet our customers' manufacturing commitments. You are responsible for designing, selecting and integrating a broad spectrum of components and sub systems. Your specialties may include pneumatics, fluid dispensing systems, vibratory feeders, lasers, vision systems and motion systems. What You'll Be Doing Create custom automated equipment designs to contract specifications and applicable design standards while meeting material budget requirement Perform engineering calculations with respect to strength of materials, speeds, horsepower, temperature, pressure, force, etc. as related to machine and tool designs.
