Job Summary: The Production Engineer is responsible for driving productivity and profitability improvements at the plant while ensuring consistent quality through root cause analysis and corrective actions. This role ensures that products are manufactured in compliance with customer specifications, design requirements, and safety standards, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed): Lead the implementation of new processes including equipment procurement, installation coordination, process capability prove-out, operator training, process documentation, and production start-up. Support the product introduction process with cost estimation, process investigation, schedule development, validation, and product testing.
