Collaboration: Work with customers, internal engineers, quality control, and production teams on new and existing products for prototyping, integration and process changes. Support quick, local quoting process and provide alternative component solutions in an efficient way. Take ownership of assigned tasks or projects and work to ensure on-time, quality deliverables. Design for Manufacturability (DFM)/ Assembly (DFA): Interpret customer documentation and provide feedback. Enhance customer designed cable assembly, wire harness, box build and other products with high performance and low-cost alternative recommendations. After internal review and approval, communicate with customers to gain feedback or approval. Process Documentation & Optimization: Develop, configure, and upgrade internal processes.
