About the Launch Engineer We expect you to be passionate about your job and deeply concerned about quality and efficiency. You should also be a good problem solver with creative approach to your tasks. Launch Engineer responsibilities are: Manage business relationships with the corporate support team and customers Responsible for ensuring the overall success of new program launches including interfacing with internal/external team members Develop new business and expand product line including business case reviews Complete financial assessment of the program including early identification of anticipated costs and revenues Manage program spending Develop cross functional team and communication plan Hold weekly program team reviews to review open issues and timing Development of appropriate action plans to improve where necessary Develop Lessons Learned/Best Practices with a cross-functional team Report out to the program management Gateway Reviews Create Program...
