We are looking for an NPD Specialist in industrial engineering and off-road vehicles who will report to the Off-Road NPD Department Manager. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Collaborate with the engineering team to influence part design in order to optimize assembly quality and production efficiency. Serve as a key resource in the PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DFA (Design for Assembly) processes. Establish assembly sequences and determine the logical and optimal order of operations, in addition to developing specific work instructions. Facilitate "kaizen"-style workshops aimed at optimizing plants and introducing new models. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in industrial engineering. 2 to 3 years of experience in the industrialization of manufactured products.
