Position Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead-Paint to join the International team at the Tulsa Bus Plant. In this role, the selected candidate will spend extensive time on the manufacturing floor and evaluate production process and fixtures as well as look for improvement in error proofing and efficiency improvements to make our Paint department more robust. This role will support our production line to meet daily production goals by providing floor support for the production line to maintain first time quality, cost, and throughput, as well as implement continuous improvement projects requested by the production team. In addition, the role will also be responsible for the development and implementation of projects to improve safety, ergonomics, cost, quality, and throughput.
