Oversees and maintains production process and products for welding of suspension components for the facility. Essential Functions: Manage current production projects and support production & engineering with future product launches. Evaluate current product process and provide input regarding manufacturability and cost. Evaluate existing product designs/processes and make improvements regarding cost and quality. Design, procurement, and implementation of fabrication, welding, and assembly systems, including all necessary documentation. Perform manufacturing/product cost analysis and capacity evaluation.
