Position Overview International Motors is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead - Paint to join our team at the Tulsa Bus Plant. This role is highly hands-on and floor-focused, supporting a high-volume paint operation that produces industry-leading IC Bus products. The selected candidate will spend extensive time on the manufacturing floor, evaluating paint processes, fixtures, equipment, and workflow to strengthen error-proofing and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and throughput. As a key technical leader, you will support daily production by providing floor-level engineering guidance, troubleshooting issues in real time, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across safety, ergonomics, cost, and quality.
