The desired candidate has the ability to provide technical leadership, work autonomously, and provide support to manufacturing operations and maintenance functions by troubleshooting and making design improvements to a wide variety of manufacturing equipment. How you will do it Program, optimize, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems to ensure stable equipment operation and consistent product quality. Provide real-time technical support to manufacturing and maintenance teams to resolve downtime events and equipment performance issues. Perform structured root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and prevent recurrence.
