Successful performance requires professional knowledge of engineering theories, principles and disciplines that encompass design, development, test and evaluation, certification, qualification, modification, fabrication, installation, integration test and evaluation, fielding, flight operations, sustainment, and continuous airworthiness of a total aircraft system package is required to attain program goals.
