The Engineering Lead works with and oversees the work of the technical team in the Auburn Hills facility. Leads a group engaged in new product development and sustaining projects. Will assist with new proposals, cost savings and improved manufacturing techniques and designs. The position requires the execution of any product work which has been identified as important to the ongoing business health and growth of ADG. The position requires strong leadership of the staff, excellent presentation skills and adaptability to an ever-changing work list and priorities. This is a hands-on position.
