Description POSITION SUMMARY The Project Engineer assists Project Managers in managing construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. PKG Project Engineers work directly with Superintendents and other field personnel to support construction activities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Interpret plans and specifications for water/wastewater treatment facilities. Assist in the estimation of concrete, structural steel, earthwork, process piping, and architectural elements for water/wastewater projects.
