Job Type Full-time Description SUMMARY Responsible for the creation, revision, and control of manufacturing and standard work documentation. Applying lean and six sigma tools to eliminate waste, improve quality, and create continuous flow in all areas of manufacturing. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and drive process improvement projects for improved manufacturing processes. Develop, revise, and control manufacturing documentation such as visual aids, work instructions and standard work procedures. Product manage NPI (New Product) between Engineering, Programming, Production, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service. Facilitate meetings and milestones that are monitored on a weekly basis. Communicate technical issues to the customers. Works closely with operators to audit manufacturing documentation, machine programs and time standards to ensure data accuracy, process repeatability, and product quality is maintained.
