Civil Engineer 1- Transportation Position Purpose: The Civil Engineer 1 will provide design and plan production for a wide variety of projects which may include research, planning, traffic safety, road reconstruction and highway and bridge maintenance. The Civil Engineer will perform complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
