Our focus is on providing you with practical on-the-job learning that will develop your technical problem-solving skills and foster your professional development. During your training, you will develop a deeper understanding of: How a building is put together, before the designing begins. There are many trades involved in the process (general contractors, architects, owners, etc.) along with real-time problem-solving. How precast pieces are made. By visiting a client site, you will see first-hand how everything needs to fit together and perform its function.
