Job Description The Civil Engineer is responsible for a variety of Civil Engineering projects focused on sanitation and civil site in both rural and urban Alaska. Responsibilities Participate in marketing, writing proposals, winning work, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Initiate, plan, execute, and close small to medium size transportation and/or site civil projects. Perform design tasks and/or lead a design team on civil projects; including water and sewer, landfill, general utility; and various site civil development projects.
