Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and release custom busbar assemblies and tap-off boxes for use in the data center industry • Generate 2D and 3D SolidWorks busbar application models based off requirements fed in from the project management team. • Load production systems with material requirements from approved drawings. • Assist Technical Engineers in preparing technical submittals for client review by providing accurate and high quality 2D drawings. • Collaborate with cross-functional production teams to execute trial runs of new designs (first of a kind) and assist with activities leading up to mass production release. • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications at all times. • Provide technical documentation including Bills of Materials (BOMs), manufacturing instructions, and design reports. • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve design issues during production and ensure smooth...
