SALARY $23.11 - $28.89 JOB SUMMARY JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, this position collaborates with engineering staff to perform a variety of technical tasks related to stormwater engineering and floodplain management. This work includes mapping, data compilation, preparation of engineering plans and exhibits, and permit review ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Maintain and perform quality control of GIS data and resources, including stormwater assets, watershed studies, localized flooding analyses, Letters of Map Change, elevation certificates, and flood monitoring data. Review, evaluate, issue comments, and approve floodplain development permit applications to ensure compliance with local ordinances and federal regulatory requirements. Prepare exhibits, charts, illustrations, graphs, and location maps using GIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and related software.
