We are seeking an experienced Sr. Mechanical Product Development Engineer with high-pressure die casting and metals manufacturing experience. This is a senior individual contributor role that will support high-value, high-complexity programs in collaboration with a Principal Engineer, while also owning project work independently within the metals team. The primary focus is high pressure die cast aluminum components (including CNC machining), with opportunities to support and expand additional metal processes (sheet metal, fabrication, extrusions, forgings). Responsibilities This position requires operating in Responsible Charge for the engineering of multistory structures of varying degrees of complexity including directing the efforts of other engineers to perform and deliver specific engineering deliverables; review of work performed by other engineers; and sealing reports, calculations, and plans.
