The Engineering Lead works with and oversees the work of the technical team in the Auburn Hills facility. Leads a group engaged in new product development and sustaining projects. Will assist with new proposals, cost savings and improved manufacturing techniques and designs. The position requires the execution of any product work which has been identified as important to the ongoing business health and growth of ADG. Assist Product Managers in various design and development projects. Maintain engineering configuration management to include engineering drawings, artwork files, 3D CAD data and BOM.
