About the job Assembly Process Engineer Job Summary As a technical expert in assembly processes, responsible for developing and optimizing automotive component assembly (electronics, chassis), ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost targets. Requires expertise in error-proofing (Poka-Yoke), robotic automation, and bilingual (English/Mandarin) skills to drive defect reduction and global technical alignment. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Development - Define assembly parameters (torque, press force) via DOE to achieve FPY99%. - Optimize fixture designs using CAD/CAE tools. 2.
