Land Development Project Engineer (Bend preferred, open to candidates in Portland, OR and Tri-Cities, WA) Full-Time Purpose: The reason the job exists The Land Development Project Engineer coordinates the technical interface between Land Development and the Production home building team, ensuring lot sizing, engineering, and code requirements align with buildable product. This role performs due diligence and code analysis during the feasibility stage, before acquisition or design commitment, and owns the technical handoff between horizontal (land development) and vertical (home construction) work.
