Overview As a New Product Development Engineer at Copper, you'll contribute to creating the next generation of home appliances for an electrified future - supporting products from early concepts through production-ready designs. You'll help develop mechanical systems and components, translating ideas into manufacturable, reliable hardware that can ship into real homes. This role spans the full product development cycle: concept exploration, engineering development, prototyping, validation, and production readiness. You'll contribute to generating and evaluating design concepts, then help drive selected designs through detailed design, testing, supplier engagement, and manufacturing scale-up.
