Essential Functions of Job: Work on high priority manufacturing improvement projects in the plant: These improvement projects could include: Projects to improve speed of manufacturing, improve quality or reduce defects, automate parts of the manufacturing process/value stream, improve safety of the plant, improve environmental conditions and/or air emissions for the plant, and increase the Overall Equipment Effectiveness for production lines/value streams.
