JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Industrial Engineer 1 is responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing labor standards, production processes, and material flows to improve operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and throughput within a contract manufacturing environment. This role conducts detailed time and motion studies, maintains labor models used for quoting and capacity planning, and applies Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and warehouse operations. The Industrial Engineer 1 partners closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, improve layouts, enhance productivity, and support data-driven decision making.
