Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Actively uses process development tools and systems such as Process FMEA, Gage R&R, SPC, DOE and ISO 9000 & 9014 methodologies in the development of fabrication processes and analysis of experimental results. Ensures that each fabrication process step is properly documented, reviewed and approved before it is adopted as the AMD/NJ standard technological procedure. Works with company confidential or business sensitive information related to the equipment and processes utilized in the fabrication of SiC and other AMD materials. Performs and supervises technological steps of wafer fabrication including, boule separation, orientation, OD and flat grinding, wire sawing, laser marking, edge grinding in accordance with documented procedures.
