Purpose of Position: Gems Setra is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, process discipline, and collaboration skills. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by resolving production issues, improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product and project launches from prototype throughproduction, and helping achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost/Productivity targets through daily management and continuous improvement activities.
