JOB PURPOSE The Refrigeration Engineer reports to the Refrigeration Engineering Manager and is responsible for the design and preparation of plans and specifications for the installation of supermarket refrigeration equipment and systems for new store, store remodel and capital maintenance projects. Assessments of existing equipment and installations, with recommendation to maintain, modify or replace, is included as part of the Engineer's responsibility for remodel and capital maintenance projects. This position will be engaged in and support CBES' work for a single selected supermarket client. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Design the full field-erected refrigeration system, including pipe sizing and layout, equipment selections, and configuration of parallel compressor systems to serve the refrigerated fixture plan as created by the supermarket owner.
