You will oversee part manufacturability, direct custom tooling builds, and ensure programs hit performance and timeline goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive Technical Launches: Spearhead 3 to 8 active, overlapping programs across various stages of development, maintaining momentum from initial quote to shop-floor validation.
