DESCRIPTION Position Summary The Project Engineer will lead and manage capital and engineering projects in a copper foil manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the technical, budgetary, scheduling, and field execution aspects of assigned projects while serving as the primary liaison between the Camden Copper Process Team and contractors. The Project Engineer will oversee projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. The Controls Engineer is expected to provide design, programming, commissioning, and technical support of automatic machine systems. We require a bachelor's degree in engineering and 2 years' experience. The position requires 25% travel per week. Duties and Responsibilities of a Controls Engineer: Design: Design machine controls systems, including the sizing and selection of variable speed drives, harmonic filters, motors, motor starters, overcurrent protection devices, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), meters, operator interfaces (HMI), and other auxiliary controls using AutoCAD. Programming: Program Allen-Bradley, General Electric, and other brands of PLCs and HMI using the manufacturer's programming packages.
