Position Summary: The Sustaining Engineering Manager will lead a Team of dedicated engineers and mechanics responsible for the ongoing support, improvement, and lifecycle management of FilterWorks' existing product manufacturing operations. This position is critical for resolving production challenges, implementing cost-reduction strategies, and driving continuous quality improvements in our water system and filter product lines.
