Job Description The Team This co-op program allows students to experience a civil- and/or structural-focused environment within a corporate setting. Engineering department interns are assigned to one of three rotations each semester: core structural engineering with analysis focus, core structural engineering with operational focus, or A&E/site design. Training involves hands-on experience with structural analysis software tools and theoretical-based training with licensed professionals, civil engineers, and structural engineers. Interns work in small groups alongside Senior Engineers to address the Company's needs.
